Study On The Reform Of Income Distribution System In China Under The Guidance Of Fair View Of Marxism

In recent years,the topic of income distribution is discussed by the public moreand more frequently.The public pay a great attention on it.Especially the incomeimbalances question makes the reform of income distribution system urgent in ourcountry. Deepening the reform of income distribution system under the guidance offair view of Marxism is of great importance.This article combed the fair view of thinking of the classic writers of Marxismincluding the thought of Marx, Engels and Lenin to Mao Ze-Dong, Deng Xiao-ping’sthought of fair in the first. This laid the theoretical basis of the in-depth analysis ofthe income distribution system reform. Then the historical survey of the evolution ofChina’s income distribution system in the last60years under the fairness view ismade.On the basis,this article analyzes the China’s income distribution system in thefair view of the Marxism. The Marxism fairness concept is the guiding ideology of theincome distribution system reform of China’s socialist society. But there are obviouspractical contradictions between the distribution system and the status quo with theguiding ideology, which is the unfair distribution of income. This contradictionconcentrated on the expression of an unfair system in general in the incomedistribution in China, the increasing proportion of the government wealth, theconcentration of wealth flows to the small number of people increasingly, income gapbetween urban and rural, regional and industry intensified and the expanding of powerprofits. The article finds there are mainly four reasons. From an political institutionalperspective, dislocation of the expansion of government power and the role ofgovernment led to imbalance in the distribution of income. From an economic point ofview, the low pay of workers and the unreasonable price of producing element also ledto the widening income gap. The cumulative effects of long-term dual structure of thepolicy also had a greater income gap on the observation of policy point. Thedevelopment of the social security system is not perfect so it led to serious incomeinequality. Unfair distribution of society caused by many factors brought aboutfar-reaching adverse effects. It hinders economic development and threatens the socialstability and distorts the civic values and affects the governing foundation.At last, the article also analyzes the revelation of the of Marxism fairness given the present stage reform of the income distribution system in our country. From theperspectives of initial distribution, redistribution and the third time allocationprocess,the fair view of Marxism gave us a lot of profound enlightenment. It guidesus to present the correct countermeasures and resolve the imbalance of contradictions,combined to the actual situation in our country. Then, it provides a strong guaranteefor building a socialist harmonious society.
