The Economy Transformation Of Wen Zhou Model Under Lowcarbon

As a regional economic development mode, Wenzhou has attracted attentions around the world. After the Conference of World Climate in Copenhagen, each country pays attention to the development of low-carbon economy, which is becoming the consensus of the world. Under this new circumstance, the development of region economy needs to change the former thougt and transform the strategy to form a new model.In face of the transformation of the economic development, China has to change the former model which is high-energy consumption, high pollution and high emission to seek a new model of low carbon.Having made a theoretical study, the paper combines the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis as well as many research methods like investigation research and statistical analysis. The processes of the research are as follows. First, the paper gains the theory of the low carbon economy and Wenzhou model by studying their relation and their own development. Second, after analyzing the theory, the paper has a macro analysis of the model by PEST. Third, the paper gets many problems by data analysis and investigations and put the needs for the residents, enterprises and government in Wenzhou to get the main factors which affect the transformation by the data analysis. Last, we explore the ways to face the model transformation.After the study, we know that the new model meets three main factors-economic, social, ecological ones. The inter relation is so complex that the paper finally gains the main factors by classifying them. We adopt so many ways such as factor analysis and grey relation analysis that we give the ways and the measures to transform the model. The gross value of industrial output, fixed assets investment of the whole society and local finance income in economic factors are the top three social factors of influencing Wenzhou model transformation, the total retail sales of consumer goods and the total population which in social factor were ranked fourth and fifth, The city public green area per capita and industrial solid waste comprehensive utilization rate which in ecological factor ranked sixth and seventh. At last, Constructing the general path of Wenzhou mode transformation and putting forward corresponding countermeasures of Wenzhou mode transition.All in all, the paper is creative in these ways. First of all, the paper enriches the theory of the low carbon economy and Wenzhou model in an ecological and environmental view. Second, first using the PEST method to analysis the macro background of Wenzhou model transformation, based on institutional change theory, factor endowment theory and ecological economics system, we expound the theoretical basis for the transition of Wenzhou mode.Third, combined with residents, enterprises and government which are the three major market main body to analysis the economic, social and ecological problems of Wenzhou.Forth, we spend lots of time and energy on the research. During the process, at the beginning, we get30factors which affect the transformation of the model in Wenzhou. Then, we get the first15ones by SPSS and the investigations. After it, we obtain the main factors by grey relation analysis. Hence, the results are more scientific and the methods are of great significance. Finally, by studying three theories-system vicissitude, factor endowments and ecological economics, we obtain how to change the model in Wenzhou under the low carbon economy.
