A Study On The Influence Of The Cultural Industry Development On The Regional Economic Transformation

Since entering the 21st century, along with the rapid development of China’s economy, culture industry of China also has the opportunity of development. In the background of economic globalization and rapid development of information technology and knowledge economy and service economy gradually, the cultural creativity and scientific and technological innovation as the driving force of the creative economy has been rapid development on a global scale. With the rapid growth of China’s economy in nearly 30 years, the restructure and recovery of China’s economy is at a critical juncture. Entering the 12th Five-year-plan period, the long journey of China’s economic transformation has been started. This paper revolves around that the development of culture industry how to promote transformation and upgrading of China’s regional economic.In this paper, based on the internal relations between the development of cultural industry and regional economic transformation and upgrading, first of all, to define the relevant concepts of the cultural industry and regional economic transformation and upgrading, and give the brief introduction of the current situation of the development of cultural industry in our country, and to analysis the inner mechanism of culture industry development to promote the regional economic transformation and upgrading; then, using the data of China’s 30 provinces, measure the transformation and upgrading of the regional economic ability and regional differences; Nest, based on the the relative research results at home and abroad, we will put forward the research hypothesis pertaining to build the relationship between the development of cultural industries and the capability of regional economic transformation and upgrading by combing the analysis theoretically and empirically. We’ll also apply the relevant data to test the results. The effect of the development of cultural industries on the regional economic transformation and upgrading can be studied by applying both the oriented and quantitative analysis later on. And finally, we will suggest relevant policies according to the researching conclusions. The results of the research show that the development of cultural industry in China was positively related with regional economic transformation and upgrading. The development of the cultural industry promotes the ability of the regional economic transformation and upgrading. Cultural industry is a kind of "growth mechanism" during the whole development of the economic transformation, it can get spillover effect, correlation effect and spillover effects by increasing knowledge and improving human capital and permeate constantly the traditional industry. Through the consumption structure upgrading and replacement of dominant industry and industrial structure adjustment, the cultural industry promote the Chinese economic development model from extensive "cycle" mode towards intensive "inner loop" mode. In the mechanism effect of dynamic competition and co-evolution, cultural industry got the space of self-development, which also contributed to promote economic transformation in triple-latitude of economy, society and culture at one time.
