Exploration The Tourism Development Of Shaoxing Traditional Taimen House Based On City Tourism

Traditional houses are the important historical and cultural heritage to the city. They can reflect diverse cultural connotations and different periods of history of the cities, so they have important research and conservation values. As an ancient city, Shaoxing has a long cultural history of accumulation and known as "a museum without walls". The traditional and ancient buildings are an important part of that saying. Like as many other places in the domestic, Shaoxing also faced the problem with the protection of traditional houses and re-use in the process of building of the modern city. In the context of tourism development of the whole city, Shaoxing takes a rational planning of traditional houses which is a new entry point. In view of this, the paper takes Shaoxing for an example, using the theory of Marxism, Mao Zedong as the basic methodology, and with the detailed survey and data acquisition supporting, combined with personal knowledge of traditional houses to Shaoxing, to explore theoretical proposals to achieve sustainable development of Shaoxing tourism.This paper can be divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction and summary sections. It mainly analyzes the researching background and significance of the topic of the thesis and theoretical research in traditional houses.The second part mainly introduces the concept of Shaoxing traditional house and its significance, analyzing the existing situation and feasibility of tourism development. It is also advances the relationship of city tourism and Shaoxing traditional house. At the same time, writer draws on the Shanghai residential house development instance, obtaining Shaoxing and Shanghai have the similar base of exploring the traditional house. Shaoxing can learn from the Shanghai for the development model then carry its own exploration.The third part is the core of the full text, the writer summarizes the current forms of Shaoxing traditional house development, proposing the problems of the development, then raising strategies.The last part is the concluding part of this apaper. It summarizes Shaoxing residential tourism development theories, and Shaoxing city tourism prospect.
