The Research On Intellectual Capital’s Operation Of Chinese Electronic Technology Listed Companies

Intellectual capital can be said to be the sum of all the knowledge and skills which bring the profits. The world today has entered the era of "knowledge economy", the enterprise intellectual capital is more and more concern and attention. The scarce resource of intellectual capital has been the development of enterprises, but also brought about the source and power of enterprise value added. Intellectual capital has just completed a concept, composition analysis, capital operation and management perspective to study the impact on firm performance is relatively small. Intellectual capital operation in order to effectively achieve business objectives, intellectual capital continue to flow and restructuring their value management, intellectual capital appreciation, capital operation and management of behavior. Capital operations have not yet established effective operating system of intellectual capital, can not effectively play the maximum value of the practice in intellectual capital, combined with enterprise operational performance has theoretical and practical significance of intellectual capital operations.The writing of this thesis is the desire to use empirical research to investigate the composition of the intellectual capital and operational performance of high-tech enterprises. Review and summary of relevant research results at home and abroad on the basis of that moment of intellectual capital and high-tech enterprise operational performance relationship meaning righteousness, and intellectual capital elements and high-tech enterprises operating performance between the empirical model will be China electronic technology class high-tech enterprises for the study, data collection, rigorous statistical analysis, a comprehensive study of the elements of intellectual capital and its impact on the performance of business operations.Empirical research, after several rounds of screening, last used in the study of32listed company and its three-year data, a total of96samples. In the process of processing the data, statistical analysis, I mainly use correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model, and model an empirical test. Finally, the theoretical analysis and empirical research the following conclusions:This study evaluated the intellectual capital and high-tech enterprise operational performance indicators to be used with strong credibility and effectiveness; human capital directly affect the high-tech enterprises, technical innovation and market expansion, and through them indirectly determines the high-tech enterprises operational performance, structural capital and relational capital is also a direct impact on the level of high-tech enterprises, technical innovation, marketing ability was not significant. At the same time, the correlation between the type and extent of the three elements of intellectual capital is on the level of high-tech enterprises in technological innovation and market impact.Finally, under the guidance of the empirical results obtained some strategic suggestions on how to improve the intellectual capital operation and management level so as to improve business operations performance are discussed in detail.
