| In order to achieve the national energy development strategy, our government has taken variety of macroeconomic policies. Energy assessment for fixed asset investment projects is one of them. Energy assessment Prevents energy waste in the source, and promotes enterprises to save energy. But it is still at the exploratory stage, and there is still room for further improvement in assessment principles and assessment methods. In the present theoretical study, there’s little deep analysis and improvement for assessment methods, especially study based on exergy analysis. In this regard, this paper, energy assessment methods were integrated, and the theory of exergy analysis was applied to energy assessment. The major work is as follows:Energy assessment methods were integrated. It provided a reference for carrying out energy assessments systematically. In addition, ePEP is an online tool which was developed for energy audit by U.S. Department of Energy. In this paper, ePEP was used for enegy assessment by modification of data inputs and treatment.And an example was calculated. The feasibility of application in energy assessment and the convenience of the software tool were verified.The exergy analysis methods of different facilities were studied on and were translated to the form that can be easily used in energy assessment. It mainly aims to establish the framework for the common sections. Establish the "exergy element analysis" method to show how exergy stream flows. This method was better for the energy system analysis and more easily to find the weak point than the energy stream flows chart.A classical energy system which was the municipal solid waste incineration power generation system was optimized based on the exergy analysis. In this paper was studied to give some references to the utilization of exergy analysis in energy assessment. |
