Renewable energy is playing a significant role in meeting the demand for energy,improving energy structure, reducing the pollution of environment and promotingeconomic development, however, fossil energy such as coal, oil, natural gas has beenholding the dominant position in our country’s energy consumption structure due toresource endowment, technology level and consumption habits and other reasons, thedevelopment and application of renewable energy is still in a lower level. As therenewable energy law system gradually perfected and the need of tackling climatechange, the magnitude of the adjustment of energy structure is increasing in our countryand combined with the market demand, which is creating a good internal and externalcondition for the development of renewable energy, but its industrialization andlarge-scale development still faces many problems. Therefore, in order to search forrenewable energy development prospects and optimization of renewable energyutilization path, this paper put forward a renewable energy utilization assessment andoptimization model on the basis of existing research.Firstly, combined with the existing energy analysis method of "energy analysis"and "exergy analysis", the renewable energy utilization assessment and optimizationmodel is divided into two parallel levels: energy assessment and structure optimizationlevel and exergy assessment and structure optimization level. The composition of thetwo levels is in the same way, each level includes assessment module and structureoptimization module. The index weight is determined by improved analytic hierarchyprocess, VIKOR multiple attribute decision making method is chosen to evaluate therenewable energy. Structure optimization module sets two objective functions: highestevaluation scores model and lowest total life cycle cost model, respectively from themacro and micro aspects to indicate the development and application of renewableenergy.Then, the general situation of a factory in Zunyi is introduced and themeteorological parameters test is carried on in spot. According to the requirements ofdifferent architecture, calculation parameters are set up correspondingly, the hot andcold load calculation of a factory in Zunyi is calculated. Based on Zunyi typicalmeteorological parameters, the solar energy, geothermal energy, wind energy, sewageenergy, industrial waste heat resource of the factory is analyzed, which results in their respectively utility patterns.Finally, taking the solar energy, geothermal energy, sewage technologies of thefactory as objects, the renewable energy utilization assessment and optimization modelis applied to conduct energy evaluation, exergy evaluation and structure optimization.On the basis of reviewing literatures and referencing actual project, and combined withof results of resources analysis, each evaluation index is reasonable assignment. Theresult of energy evaluation is that geothermal energy is optimal, sewage second, solarenergy worst; their proportion in highest evaluation scores model and lowest total lifecycle cost model are respectively:20.8%,40.5%,38.7%and17.4%,75.1%,7.5%. Theresult of exergy evaluation is that geothermal energy is optimal, solar energy second,sewage worst; their proportion in highest evaluation scores model and lowest total lifecycle cost model are respectively:35.2%,37.5%,27.3%and31.6%,60.9%,7.5%.
