The Exploitation Research Of Mineral Resources In Changsha

Mineral resources are the important material foundation of economic and social development, the development and utilization of which is constrained by the resources environment. To build a resource-conserving and environmentally-friendly society is the core mission of China’s economic and social sustainable development. In order to deal with changes in the international mining industry, and the situation that the demand of mineral resources is still larger in our period of rapid industrialization and development, to formulate development and utilization strategy of regional mineral resources, and accelerate the structure adjustment and industrial upgrading of mining industry in a timely manner, all these will be very important theoretical and practical significance for providing resources support for economic development.This article is based on the sustainable development theory, with mineral resources economic system of Changsha city as the object, by applying the resource economics theory, econometric theory and public management and related fundamentals and method, make strategic analysis of the sustainable utilization of mineral resources in Changsha city, and design the mode of sustainable development system innovatively, and put forward a set of comprehensive evaluation method system for the importance of regional mineral resources. This article applies the system analysis method, and keeps to the principle of qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis and theoretical analysis combined with case analysis. The article suggests the key minerals for development and utilization in Changsha city and puts forward development strategy zone for mineral resources. The article suggests that it should exploit extrafield minerals and establish stable external source for mineral supply system; develop and utilize dominant minerals in efficient and intensive manner; maintain ecological balance and coordinated development; and pursue the sustainable development strategy of minerals.
