In recent years, with the deepening of market economy and the gradualimprovement of institutional, commercial banks have increased the development ofthe intermediary business dynamics, developed the intermediary business as the thirdmain business, especially in the traditional business market is increasingly dividedand the profits tend to be weaker today, actively seek new increasing point, occupymarket share, expand living space also appears particularly important, therefore, thelittle risk large gains and will become the focus of competition between domestic andinternational banking business development path is of great significance.Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives as a Professional financial institution that serveto our urban and rural residents and actively support the “three rural” economic andsmall and middle-sized enterprises development is currently facing a crucial period ofrestructuring of the rural commercial banks, of which a reasonable strategy ofdeveloping intermediary business of a large extent will affect their own sustainabilityand competitiveness of the acquisition. This article based on the Hunan Rural CreditCooperatives, from the content of intermediary business, combining qualitative andquantitative analysis, the middle of Hunan Rural Credit Cooperatives Developmentand the business necessity of an in-depth analysis, and analysis of quantifiable Themiddle of the business impact of factors, which further defined the developmentstrategy. Specifically, the article is divided into five parts.The first chapter, introduction.
