Research On Knowledge Transfer Manangement Based On H Company Project Program

After the industrial economy, Human society has entered an age dominated by knowledge. Knowledge is gradually becoming the main competitiveness of enterprise. In an enterprise, teams and individuals are the owner of knowledge. Their knowledge can create maximum value only by knowledge transfer. Enterprises often apply project as a management tool for technology development and technological innovation. Therefore, project-based knowledge transfer is viewed an important source for enterprise to acquire knowledge.Knowledge management is the key research subject in the current project management domain, but it is rare to see the current domestic research on project-based knowledge transferring management. Based on the research on knowledge transferring management of H company project program, this article is aimed at identifying the big differences of knowledge transferring levels among different projects, by means of building the quantitative analysis model of knowledge transferring level to simulate and analyze. In the light of research achievement of domestic and overseas influential factor theory on knowledge transferring, we find 13 influential factors on knowledge transferring level of H company project program. The expert evaluation method is adopted to assess the impact of various factors to determine weight index. And the index system is built which has an influence on the factor index. The hierarchy grey comprehensive appraisal method is utilized to evaluate the evaluation system model. The most important influential factor is the knowledge carrier management of H company program, and on the basis of knowledge carriers management, one completed management proposal is built and optimized.On the theoretical research: this article researches and verifies the math model about quantitative analysis of knowledge transferring level and explores the influential factor analysis of knowledge transferring in H company project program on the basis of the gray synthetic evaluation of fuzzy mathematics. In the practical application of this article: use the actual operating project of company as the research sample and adopt quantitative analysis math model to proceed the parameter extraction and state simulation of projects in H company. In the light of scores from organization specialists of multi-layer gray eva1 uation, this article analyzes the influential factors of knowledge transfer in H c ompany project program and sets up the solution to increase knowledge transferring level of H company. Finally this thesis concludes three research results with practical application value and promotes the knowledge transferring level of H company project program.
