The Study On The Influence Of Enterprise Innovation Performance Caused By Interfirm Knowledge Transfer

In the view of knowledge management,knowledge transfer is the effective channel to promoteflow of knowledge and technical information.Therefore,the enterprise innovation ability can beimproved. Through empirical research combined with high-tech enterprises’features in Ningbocity,this paper discussed the influence on innovation performance caused by interfirm knowledgetransfer.Then,a better explanation was provided on the source of innovation.In this study, based on the research of relevant theories, we discussed the influencethatknowledge sharing needs, knowledge assimilation ability and knowledge transfer path put intoinnovation performance,which was taken the high-tech enterprises in Ningbo city as anexample.From the results,it is proved that there is a positive effect between interfirm knowledgetransfer and innovation performance.And the conclusions are as follows:First,there is a positive correlation between sharing needs of knowledge and enterpriseinnovation performance.So close relation and deep interfirm communication can create more ideasand behaviors on innovation.Then it is good to improve enterprise innovation performance.Second,there is also a positive correlation between knowledge assimilation capacity andenterprise innovation performance.More creative ideas come out when the assimilation capacityfor the interfirm knowledge is better and wider.Then the enterprise can get rid of the coretechnology barrier and achieve innovation.Finally, The goal of improving enterprise innovationperformance was achieved.Third,there is a positive correlation between knowledge transfer channels and enterpriseinnovation performance.The wider of the paths to acquire effective technical knowledge,the higherenterprise innovation ability was promoted,thus the enterprise innovation performance can beimproved.
