The Study On The Industrial Safety In China Based On The View Of Merged Major Technical Equipment Company

With the acceleration of the process of world economic integration, the industrial safety problem happened in host country that caused by the multinational corporation’s M&A strategy has gradually attracted everyone’s attention. To keep industrial safety has gradually become the main goal and core part for lots of countries to do the National Economic safety policy making. In the macro background of putting forward to develop the Equipment Manufacturing Industry in China, this thesis stands from the point of major technical equipment company being acquired by foreign capital, qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes both positive and negative effects of M&A, and then takes the Heavy Machinery Industry, which is important to National Security and National Economic Safety, as an example to empirically calculates the detailed degree number of industrial safety.As to the analysis method, first, this thesis establishes an evaluation indicator model of industry safety; Second, select4first level evaluation indicators and20second level evaluation indicators; Third, adopt the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) combining the Matlab software to compute the weight of each indicator; Fourth, check the weight reasonableness by matrix consistency. This thesis computes the degree of industrial safety of the Heavy Machinery Industry from year2004to2008, and draws a variation curve chart of industrial safety. Then the thesis summarizes the industrial safety problems that revealed from the second level evaluation indicators. Last, make "industry survival" and "industry development" as the double goals, it gives some suggestions on increasing the degree of industrial safety of Equipment Manufacturing Industry in China based on the problems revealed by the analysis of20second level evaluation indicators. The suggestions go to three parts:government level, industry level, and corporate level.
