Research On Industrial Safety Evaluation Of China's Equipment Manufacturing Industry

With the development of economic globalization,the links and the degree of dependence between the countries are deepening day by day.The process of globalization has also brought a series of non-traditional national security issues,including national security,political security,economic security and personal security.Since China's accession to the WTO,the domestic industry more or less is affected by the other countries.Equipment manufacturing industry is the core part of the manufacturing.It plays an important part in economic development and comprehensive national strength.Although China's equipment manufacturing industry has developed rapidly in recent years.The scale and international competitiveness have made significant progress.However,its industrial competitiveness,industrial structure and independent innovation are at a disadvantage compares to the United States,Germany,Japan and other developed countries.In the meantime,the equipment manufacturing industry is also faced with the threat of the international markets and the control of the multinational companies in the market,technology and other aspects.So it is significant to study the safety of equipment manufacturing industry.Firstly,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign research on the industrial safety.It introduces and comments the literatures about the connotation of industrial safety,the cause and the influencing factors about the industrial safety,the industrial safety assessment and equipment manufacturing's industrial safety.Secondly,this paper analyzes the present situation of China's equipment manufacturing industry to find out the problems.The author analyzes the factors that affect industrial safety from the four aspects: domestic environment,international competitiveness,external dependence and control,then chooses the appropriate indicators to establish index system of industrial security evaluation of China's equipment manufacturing industry.Thirdly,by analyzing the data of China's equipment manufacturing industry from 1999 to 2014,this paper analyzes the situation of each index,through the principal component analysis and the industrial safety model to assess the status of industrial safety.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the future development of China's equipment manufacturing industry according to the evaluation results.
