The occurrence of industrial agglomeration is the formation and evolution of the interaction of centrifugal and centripetal force. Due to the presence of transport costs, companies often choose a greater demand for inputs supply and convenient location for production, so by the accumulation cycle, the centripetal force of industrial agglomeration are formed. On the other hand, the high density of industry agglomeration increases competition among enterprises, the centrifugal force of the industrial agglomeration generated. With the changes in transport costs, centripetal force and centrifugal force are changing, which form the dynamic evolution of agglomeration and diffusion. With the opening of cross-strait " Three direct links", the construction of an advanced manufacturing base and infrastructure investment and transport system is increasingly improved, Fujian Province as the main body of the West Coast Strait Economic Zones, the cultivation of future manufacturing growth point and Gathering change of geographical space is closely related to the improvement of the integrated transport system.In this paper, focusing on Fujian Province with countries and cities as the basic research units. Secondly, using gross industrial output value, the number of enterprises, employment to analyze Manufacturing industry development status, From industry agglomeration and regional agglomeration measure the concentration level of the different types of manufacturing with the Gini coefficient, Moron,’s I and The industry average concentration ratio. Provide the basis for the reconstruction of the future of the manufacturing sector and optimize the development. After that, By means of input-output tables in2002and2007, Analysis of the transport industry and the manufacturing of different types of forward linkage, backward linkage, spillover effects, and the transport industry is divided into five sectors to discuss. Finally, considering the traditional trade theory, new trade theory and new economic geography framework, the manufacturing industry agglomeration formation mechanism, The use of cross-sectional data model, characteristics and regional characteristics of the manufacturing industry to explore the relationship of the transport infrastructure in Fujian Province and manufacturing agglomeration, and diffusion.
