However, the geographical distribution of FDI in Fujian Province is extreme imbalance; more than80%was distributed in Fuzhou, Putian, Xiamen, Quanzhou and Zhangzhou, areas that have higher economic growth rate than other areas. Therefore, discuss the distribution of FDI to identify the influencing factors that affect foreign direct investment regional distribution disparity has great significance for adjustment of the policy of using foreign investment and promotion in economic development of Fujian Province.Starting from FDI theories, the paper summarized two impact factors of the location choice of FDI:the objective ones and the subjective ones; and then the paper analyzed the regional distribution of FDI in Fujian Province; on the basis of the analysis, the paper used of a large number of data, selected appropriate variables, used the SPSS19.0, Statistical Package for the Social Science, according to correlation analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis on selected variables, validated that the main factors that affect FDI regional distribution disparity is the subjective factors, cost, cluster, market and system.
