The precondition of law firms, as intermediaries offering professional and comprehensive legal services, to be competitive in market is to have a competent lawyer team. With the further economic development of Guangxi and the establishment of ASEAN Free Trade Area, the requirement of legal service is expanding, and legal service in Guangxi also faces the challenge from domestic and overseas giant law firms. Guangxi JY law firm, because of the shortage of employee loyalty management, faces problems concerning the unsteadiness of lawyer team, low employee loyalty, the outflow of talents(especially for talents with high qualification) from the day it established. How to improve the employee loyalty of lawyer team and make the team stable has been a very urgent and realistic problem for law firms development in Guangxi, even in China.On the basis of the redefinition of organizational commitment, review of the domestic and overseas document literature of the influencing factors and measurement tools of employee1oyalty, the analysis of the condition of employee loyalty of JY law firm, and the selection of t he scales designed by predecessors, a proper measurement scale of employee loyalty for JY la w firm has been formed in this paper and the analysis of reliability and validity have also bee n done. Questionnaires have been sent to stuff in JY law firm, and SPSS16.0was used to do t he descriptive statistic, correlation analysis, oneway ANOVA, and the test of significance lev el of influencing factors of effective feedback data. Based on that, the main factors influencin g employee loyalty have been explored including:the unreasonable operating model, the shor tage of human resource management, the lack of team cooperation, and the deletion of compa ny culture. In the end, four bonds, benefit bond, business bond, relationship bond, and spiritu al bond, were put forward as the management strategy to improve the employee loyalty of JY law firm.
