Performance management is the focus of human resource management. Performance management system is the basis for achieving sustainabled evelopment of enterprises.In recent years, the food industry is facing tremendous develop entpressure. Small and medium food enterprises is bound to raise the level of internal human resources management, especially in performance management.Therefore, this article studies XT Food Co.,Ltd., analysis of the main problems and reasons of Performance management system, Proposea solution to improve business performance and competitiveness.Paper was divided into five parts:First, the background and significance, research content, research methods; Second, the basic concepts, the main guiding theory; Thirdly, the main problem and reasons; Fourth, re-engineering the system; Fifth, the summary.
