Archduke Food Company Pay System Design

Salary design is the prerequisite for setting up a modern salary administration system and an important composition of it as well. The way to design and establish a set of scientific, being conformed to the realities of the development of enterprises and local characteristics has a very significant meaning for the enterprises' human resource administration and management. Starting from the basic theories on salary, through some discussions to some advanced modules of salary management, this article will make an analysis of salary system within Dragong Food Company and put forward a new framework and implementing proposal. It has made an overall review on the importance of salary administration for the development of enterprises.This article is divided into five parts. In the first part, the article briefly summarized some basic theory of salaries out of Marxism economics and western economics, which had made a clear definition and study on the nature, characteristics, function, infectious element, basic form and the fundamental principles of design. It constitutes the theoretical bases of Dragong Food Company 's salary administration system. In the second part, the article briefly reviewed the salary modules out of Japan and America and the trend of development, and discussed the learning meaning of the two modules for establishing a salary system which is fitful to China's national conditions under the environment of market economy. In the third part, the article made a detailed analysis of the original salary system and its important affect to the management of enterprises. Based on the third part, the fourth part re-designed a salary system for Dragong Food Company. Finally, through an overall generalization of the design, the problems existed in the process of design are found out and the real meaning of the salary reform is discussed.
