With the continuous development of our economy, the competition betweenenterprises becomes increasingly fierce. This competition among enterprises is mainlyreflected in the fight for talents. Therefore, the compensation system as an importantstandard of enterprise internal stability plays an important role. Its position is irreplaceable.How to make out a reasonable, advanced, and orderly the salary system, directly related tothe staff’s work enthusiasm and the sense of belonging, and the order and stability ofenterprise development.IJS Company,which was setting up in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province in the yearof2005, mainly engaged in manufacturing and selling cake, chocolate, and some otherproducts. There are25self-operated shops, selling more than100kinds of products. Totalnumber of employees of the company’s is more than300persons. This article takes IJSCompany as the research object. Based on the related theories of compensationmanagement, it analyzed on the development conditions and human resources andcompensation system of IJS Company. Through the enterprise diagnosis, it will confirmthe internal and external environment and competition structure of IJS Company, and pointout the opportunities and challenges it is facing, and show its development strategy.Combining the above materials, this article will deeply analyze the status of the enterprisecompensation system and then optimize it.The whole article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introductionsection. It briefly describes the research background, the significance of this analysis, theresearch methods and frame structure. The second chapter is the summary of the theory. Itintroduces the concepts of salary related, the design principle of the salary system, therelated summary at home and aboard and the related summary at home and aboard and thedeveloping trends. The third chapter introduces and analyzes the general introduction ofIJS Company and the current salary system, which will show the shortcomings of thecompensation system. The fourth chapter describes in detail the specific design plan tooptimize the compensation system of IJS Company in every step. First, it introduces thedesign of the salary system; then, the preliminary work of the salary system design, whichincludes the job and the situation analysis. The next is salary research, which includes theexternal survey and internal survey. The external survey is received from the public salaryinformation; the internal survey is the salary survey of IJS Company and the salary satisfaction survey of employees over the years. The forth introduces the salary designproduct of IJS company, which includes the salary, the bonus, the welfare, the subsidy andthe probation salary. It also establishes salary supporting system, which are performanceappraisal system and salary system measures. The fifth chapters are conclusion.
