The mobile phone market in China is expanding very fast, and smart phone is getting to be the focus point. While over the pursuit of personalization and diversification of mobile phone products, resulting in demand is more and more obvious, traditional production and distribution models has been challenged, has been difficult to meet the changing needs of consumers.Base on it, from the perspective of experience marketing products of China’s mobile phone how to effectively carry out marketing activities carried out research.Firstly, the basic concept of experiential marketing are described that experience marketing is based on overall consumer sales methods, considering the goals and products, and competitive classification to give full consideration to improve the customer shopping experience.Then, after the analysis of experiential marketing, and the status of smart marketing, proposed a process of the instance for smart phone.Finally, after the analysis of experiential marketing theory and study cases, this paper has an conclusion that smartphone is getting to be the majority of mobile phone market, and experiential marketing is the best way of helping the sales of smartphone. But in instance, it need the company to understand the true requirement from consumers, and construct the best process base on its own capability, focus on the interactive with consumers, then company can really create a good case of experiential marketing.
