YC Branch of Chinaunicom decides to carry out the process rearrangement and reengineering projects in order to quickly answer the market demand, enhance the overall planning and integration ability of the corporation, and effectively improve the working efficiency. The thesis introduces the background of process reengineering projects, combines with the conditions of YC branch, Chinaunicom and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the corporation implementing the process reengineering projects; on the basis of the process reengineering theory and the prior research results in the field of project human resources management study, the thesis analyzes and sums up the problems and shortcomings of YC Branch, Chinaunicom in terms of business process reengineering projects and human resources administration and performs deeper analysis and research aimed at the conventional problems in the current work; according to the business process reengineering principle and the project human resources management theory and other theories, the thesis adopts feasible management methods and measures in combination with the physical conditions and draws up constructive conceptual design, thereby providing the references of similar project human resources management for other branches of Chinaunicom and other communication operators.
