In the processes of enterprises’ internal reform,some of their human resources management(HRM for short) can not fit the current market situation.If these problems are not resolved soon,they will restrict the development,reform and stability of company for a very long time.The importance of HRM is gradually recognized by Chinese companies. However,there have been few researches that view HRM from a procedural perspective and approach HRM reform through procedural renovations and innovations.Due to various reasons and influences,at present the BE logistics Ltd lacks advanced theory to guide HRM activities.It shows fragmented,partial and one-sided.The HRM activity cannot play its proper role.The human resources department is in a marginalized position.Every phenomena show that the BE logistics Ltd’s HRM needs a reengineering.This paper base on Enterprise process recycling theory and HRM theory,points out that human resource department is an important resource for a company.HRM is a key factor for enterprises’ creating core competitiveness.Diagnosing the HRM plan and working processes of the BE logistics company.Base on the original working syste,proposing my HRM process-recycling design, grasp the key links of HRM processes, and put forward its own HRM process reengineering design, establish and improve the BE logistics Ltd’s HRM processes, form a system of HRM processes, further closed-loop management of HRM processes, and implementing procedures and the methods of evaluation.
