With Human resource becoming more and more important in the knowledge-based economyperiod, the problem that how to exploit human resource more deeply is a really topic which isworth studying. It is a principle and a task as well to fit person and job, the fit is affected bymultiple factors which are hard to quantify and this factors are interact with each other. Thispaper concludes the definition, process and influence of the person-job fit based on the review ofexisted literatures. Then, analytic network process(ANP) and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod were introduced to evaluate person-job fit. This paper illustrated the steps of theevaluation process in detail. The content and conclusions are as follows:(1) This paper concluded and analysised the research situation of person-job fit and analyticnetwork process through the existed literatures. We found there was little study on person-job fitevaluation in using method of quantitative analysis.(2) Compared the difference of analytic network process and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) atthe aspects of model structural and calculating principle. The difference indicted ANP wasprovided with predominance on solving complex system problem than AHP. The detailed steps ofANP was illustrated in this paper.(3) Analysised the origin and styles of person-job fit problem in Chinese enterprises. Selectedcorresponding evaluation criterions and indexes to establish a multi-hierarchy and multi-criteriastructural model of ANP. This paper explained the calculation of weights vectors in the ANPmodel and the evaluation of person-job fit degree using fuzzy evaluation method.(4) Take one enterprise as an example, ANP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method wereapplied to evaluate person-job fit degree. The result indicated that this method can be effective inevaluation process related.
