Assessment And Research Of The Effect Of GD Pilot Enterprises Practicing T Theory Based On Analytic Hierarch Process

In the thesis title,"GD Pilot Enterprises" refers to innovation method pilot enterprises inGuangdong and "T Therory" refers to TRIZ theory (Theory of Inventive Problems Solving)which is one of the innovation methods.The innovation method pilot study is a projectconducted by Guangdong Province in2010to guide and support enterprises practicing TRIZtheory for innovations. After2years of development, the project identified a total of46enterprises in2different groups that have made significant progress practicing TRIZ theory.However, how to systemically, scientifically, and appropriately evaluate the effect ofenterprises practicing TRIZ theory and whether to apply TRIZ theory in a broader scale arestill challenging and require further investigation. The need of an evaluation index system toassess the effect of enterprises practicing TRIZ theory is urgent.This article studies the innovation method pilot enterprises practicing TRIZ theory. Thefirst chapter gives an overview of the concept, categories and the development of innovationmethods and introduces TRIZ theory and the research that has been done on TRIZ. Thesecond chapter gives a comprehensive analysis of innovation method pilot enterprisespracticing TRIZ theory which includes the developmental progress, model analysis andoverall effect, etc. The third chapter uses analytic hierarch process to design the evaluationindex system after collecting questionnaire from enterprises, consulting with subject experts,and studying previous research. The evaluation index system includes5primary assessmentcriteria which are further divided into19secondary criteria. The5primary criteria includetechnology production, market values, innovation efficiency, innovation potential andinnovation management. The fourth chapter chooses two pilot enterprises to assess thefeasibility and credibility of the evaluation index system based on the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method from the analytic hierarch process. In the end, this article gives a summaryof the basic principles to follow for enterprises practicing TRIZ theory and maderecommendations on future enhancement of the system to facilitate government agencies andenterprises practicing TRIZ theory.Part of the results in this article has been adopted by Guangdong Institute of Scientiific&Technical Information in the project 《The Study of Evaluation Index System forEnterprises Practicing Innovation Method》.
