Abstract:The M&A of the coal enterprises in Shanxi province have had far-reaching influence in the integration of the national coal industry. Nowadays, Henan, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Yunnan and Inner Mongolia have prepared for their integration in the coal industry on the background of the Shanxi experience. However, the enterprises will be faced with many management challenges, especially the integration of the human capital. The human capital that has became the most flexible and subjective factor in the enterprises has deep impact on the result of the operation and promotion of the competition after the integration. Therefore, how to evaluate the true value of the human capital correctly is becoming an attractive research gradually in the integration of the coal industry.According to the subject of the paper, the research is based on the process of proposing, analysis and problem-solving into the integration of the human capital in the M&A of the coal industry in Shanxi province. The main research work as follows.(1) The overseas and domestic background for the M&A of the coal enterprises in Shanxi province was expounded. It pointed out the significance of the integration of the human capital in the M&A of the coal industry in Shanxi province. Combined with the theories of the M&A and the human capital, the paper elaborated the article's research direction and the basic mentality.(2) By the domestic and foreign theories of the M&A and the human capital, it expounded the relationship between the M&A of the coal industry and the integration of the human capital and made the basis for the research.(3) It gathered a lot of the data of the the M&A of the coal enterprises in Shanxi province and made analysis on the profile of the M&A of the coal industry in Shanxi. Moreover, the paper made the realistic significance of the integration of the human capital in the M&A of the coal industry in Shanxi province clear.(4) It constructed the system of the evaluation indexes of the human capital value in the coal enterprises taking the senior management, the technical and the normal human capital as the research core with the method of factor analysis and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. According to the specific condition and the actual data in the company, it made improvement in the system.(5) In order to realize the integration of the human capital in the M&A of the coal industry in Shanxi province, There were many suggestions in the chapter six for the integration of the human capital in the M&A of the coal enterprises in Shanxi province, including the integration of basic strategy integration strategy, the prophase work of human capital identification, the retain and hiring strategy, the tactics and withdrawing mechanism and the necessary organization cultural integration strategy.Finally, it is the best wish for that this paper would give help to the M&A of the coal enterprises in Shanxi province and illuminate the coal enterprise integrating reforming in the other provinces.
