Countermeasures Research On The Development Of Circular Agriculture In Jixi City

Circular economy is a necessary approach to the transformation of economic development modeand the realization of sustainable development in cities. Circular economy in Jixi is still in its infancy.How to choose a scientific mode of circular economy remains a major subject in sore need of study andexploration. Combining theoretical research and practical research, qualitative analysis and quantitativeanalysis, comparative study and statistics analysis, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreignexperience on circular agriculture, analyzes the current situation and problems in the development ofcircular agriculture in Jixi, and, on the basis of analyzing ideology, institutional structure, technicalpersonnel, policy measures, draws refine conclusions about the main modes of circular agriculture inJixi, such as setting up the core position of enterprises, developing touring-agriculture mode, promotingthe linking function of the utilization of methane, building ecological gardens, keeping balance betweenagriculture and forestry, combining the development of planting and fishing. This paper makes practicaluse of the fundamental theory of circular economy and summarizes and positions the practice andtendency of its development. These developing modes surpasses the traditional way of classification,begins the exploration of a new method mainly relying on the endogenous relationship and techniques.As the extent and materialization of the traditional one, the new method is more practical and operable,helps to enrich the basic theory of circular economy, offers technical demonstration and methodologicalreferences to circular agriculture and provides significant reference value in the development of circulareconomic in similar cities.
