| At present, with the increasing work pressure, the modern people are more orless suffering from urban diseases. People urgently need a place to relax everyday.Travel, vacation and other long distance tourism activity due to farther distance, largercost drawbacks can not ease the stress of people at any time. Therefore, dailyrecreation is being paid more and more attention. The urban forest is in the urbangeographic area, relatively close to the urban residents, and most of them carrying thelocal culture, is a better place for recreation activities. At present, urban forest placeare becoming the ideal resort for residents’ recreation. Meanwhile, the urban forestrecreation place has become a irreplaceable branch of tourism.This research start from the Angle of system theory, take urban forest recreationas research object, residents’ perception theory,leisure theory and system theory asthe theoretical basis. By using comprehensive utilization of literature analysis,systems analysis and other methods build a model of urban forest recreation system.Broad sense, system structure is divided into subject, object, medium system andsupport system four categories. Narrow sense, including recreationists (mainly studiestheir recreation demand and characteristics of recreational behavior), forest recreationresources (especially tree species, forest structure, forest landscape constructionetc.),transportation, recreational area (especially recreation spatial structure),recreation facilities and other aspects. On the basis of explicating the structure andfunction of urban forest recreation system, proposed the urban forest recreationsystem optimization mode——“1+3†optimization model. The urban forestrecreation system optimization based on the residents’ recreation perception,thespatial structure, and recreation resources and support system for the three core.Adopting questionnaire survey method, interview method, factor analysis method toempirical analyze Fuzhou overview of the forest resources and the residents’recreation perception. The study found that the Fuzhou residents have highersatisfaction of overall urban forest recreation system. Clear the existing problems and advantages of Fuzhou urban forest recreation system, and then put forward opinionsand suggestions in line with the status quo of Fuzhou.The innovation of this study is: using system analysis method to research, theurban forest recreation is seen as a system, Concept, system optimization, and statusquo analysis runs through this method. Combine theory and practice, Using themethod of questionnaire investigate Fuzhou residents, return the questionnaires forstatistical analysis and draw a conclusion, so that suggestions have strong guidanceand practical.
