Research On The Social Responsibility Of Commercial Banks

In the social and economic globalization, the international commercial bank development rapidly, as society and economy the important link, and actively practice the social responsibility, and good corporate citizenship commercial banks has become the common value orientation. In this paper the meaning of enterprise society responsibility arising out of commercial bank’s social responsibility connotation and specific content, explore the construction of commercial bank’s Social Responsibility Evaluation System of Agricultural Bank of China, especially in Jiangxi Province branch of the Department to fulfill the social responsibility of the status quo and problems of origin, reference and analysis of domestic and foreign advanced commercial banks to fulfill their social responsibility experience, from to man, society and nature to explore three aspects of commercial banks should assume social responsibility, therefore, study on this problem has important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper consists of seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, the research background, the research goal and the significance, the research status at home and abroad and the research contents and methods are introduced. The second chapter is the commercial bank corporate social responsibility, the social responsibility of commercial bank on the meaning, content and to fulfill their social responsibility necessity analysis. The third chapter is the social responsibility of banking evaluation system, through the analysis of the equator principles, reference and draw lessons from domestic and international main enterprise society responsibility appraisal system, construction of our country commercial bank’s Social Responsibility Evaluation system. The three is in the nature of liability, to support environmental protection, green credit mechanism innovation of financial product, environmental protection type.
