Since the electric power system reform from2002, enormous changes have taken place in the enterprises, followed by the influx of large numbers of the highly qualified talents with bachelor and postgraduate degrees. However the inherent model of choosing and employing has been obviously lagging behind and has already become inadaptable to the demand of talent management in the enterprises, it is the talent retaining that may be the significant factor to the development of the electric power enterprises.The electric power enterprises are knowledge-intensive, and have a very large demand of intellectual talents. Our company is the base electric power enterprise,there are100employees. However the electric power talents are in a shortage, therefore it is particularly critical and important to establish a comprehensive incentive system to discover, cultivate and retain talents. The incentive system is not only one of the cores, but also the essence of the modern human resource management.First-line employees are the main force to the strategies and goals, and play vital roles for the development of the enterprises. In order to give full play to the enthusiasm of the first-line employees, this article gives an analysis to the incentive system of the first-line employees in the electric power enterprises by learning from the relevant theories of home and abroad with a combination of theoretical research and case studies.This article takes B electric power enterprise as an example, designs questionnaires of incentive factors and satisfaction according to relevant theories. On the basis of investigation and analysis of the incentive system for the first-line employees in the B enterprise, the deficiency are discovered, followed by the redesign of the incentive system and the improvement measures. This article makes exploration and research for the incentive system of the first-line employees in the electric power enterprises, in order to provide help to the incentive system reform and practical application.
