The electric power industry is the national basic and monopoly industry,there are several problems in the current electric power company in human resources management: employees Incentive System operating inefficiencies,single means of employee's incentive,overlooking the employee's needs and employees incentive effect,the enthusiasm of staff is not high and other issues.Therefore,the current electric power companies need to pay attention to how to establish and improve the company's actual incentive mechanism and related programs to stimulate the morale of employees,improve the operation efficiency.This paper firstly reviews the domestic and foreign literature on the incentive theory,the composition and influencing factors of the employee incentive mechanism.Then the paper chooses Dongda Electric Power Company as the research object,and designs questionnaire basing on the on the basic situation,employee post position and staffing situation of Dongda Electric Power Company.Based on the results of research,the paper focuses on the analysis of the managers' one-sided understanding of incentive mechanism,unfair distribution of employees' salaries,employee's low satisfaction with incentive mechanism and other major problems.Then the paper concludes the reasons of Dongda Electric Power Company employee's incentive mechanism problems: Lack of corporate culture motivation,a reasonable employee salary system and no comprehensive employee assessment system.Finally,the paper designs improved employee incentive mechanism of Dongda Electric Power Company based on the existing problems and corresponding reasons.Concretely,this paper gives improved contents of transferring the managers' concept of incentive mechanism,improving employee's salary distribution system,establishing comprehensive and performance-oriented assessment system,strengthening the depth of spiritual incentive means basing on some principles of combining employee personal goals and organizational goals,fairness,overall encouragement,difference,moderation.Besides,this paper proposes effective safeguard measures and suggestions of Dongda Electric Power Company employee's incentive mechanism,which mainly include Implementing employee performance management system,Strengthening organizational security and institutional guarantee,and creating a healthy and positive corporate culture,planning company's human resources management.In conclusion,the paper can explore the solutions of Dongda Electric Power Company employee's incentive problems in order to improve employee incentive mechanism design,providing suggestions to improve the operating efficiency and competitiveness of Dongda Electric Power Company.
