Research On The Substation Equipment Condition-based Management Of Shenyang Power Company

With the popularization of electric energy, power industry plays an increasingly important role in the national construction and people’s daily life. This also makes the social requirements of the reliability of electric power supply standard reaches an unprecedented height. In this context, traditional planned maintenance mode has been unable to meet the requirements, how to push forward the management of substation equipment condition-based maintenance as soon as possible becomes an important issue.Based on the summary of many domestic and abroad theoretical researches that related to the condition-based maintenance management, this paper first conducts a comprehensive analysis of the condition of substation equipment management of Shenyang Power Company, and identifies the current main problems in management mode. Secondly, this paper makes the research of the actual situation of how the company carry out the substation equipment maintenance management, and analyses the overall goal, the organization structure of management, the production process, the training of the staff and the performance assessment system and some other aspects one by one.Then it sums up a program of condition-based maintenance management for Shenyang Power Company. Thirdly, this paper takes substation maintenance company which is subordinate production unit of Shenyang Power Company as an example, studies the substation equipment condition-based maintenance management work in the subordinate production unit, especially analyses several innovative management outcomes--substation equipment inquiry system, work assistant system and the working hours system, and puts forward specific suggestions for improvement. These suggestions will be useful for other subordinate production unit to study, and also provide a reference for the authorities to make decisions. Finally, this paper talks about some issues related to condition-based maintenance that not mentioned here, and makes an outlook of the developing prospect of substation equipment condition-based maintenance management of Shenyang Power Company.
