Research In Qingdao Power Substation Equipment Defects Refinement Management Project

Refined management theory is applied in the study of Qingdao power substation equipment defects management project in the paper. Through practice verification, it shows that the substation equipment defect elimination rate increased significantly. Because of the method is simple and effective, it improves greatly the staff's work enthusiasm and eliminated validly defect quantity of substation equipment, and it improves effectively the equipment operation level.
