Public Finance Management Corruption And Compositive Prevention

Problem of corruption is a common problem existing in all countries. Management of public finances corruption is a focus of all corruption. The operation of a national government are inseparable from the public financial management in modern society. How to effectively combat corruption in the management of public finances, this is hard hand one of the issues facing actors of all levels of government and public financial management. This paper attempts to use the literature method, multidisciplinary and comprehensive study, the objective actual survey method around involves major social and political and economic issues to study contining the management of public finances corruption;Firstly,I will study efinition of corruption from public financial management, hazards and prevention of the need.Secondly, I will analysis social and psychological reasons caused by the corruption of public financial management and financial management reasons;It is very important to absorb the lessons learned about prevention and control of corruption of foreign public financial management.and then on the basis of these paths to combat the corruption of public financial management:Focuing on strengthening the prevention and control of education on the basis of the internal mechanism of supervision and construction of public financial management and the full realization of the internal decision-making, public financial management, implementation and oversight mechanisms more transparent and democratic;Give full playing to the role of the National People’s Congress, monitoring, auditing, the judiciary and its public external supervision and control in the prevention of corruption in public financial management;Appraisal system of public financial management and clean government and improve the prevention and control of public finance management and clean government incentives, and sanctions efforts to increase the disciplinary responsibility of the management of public finances corruption. Thus, it is a target to contain fundamentally the possibility of corruption of public financial management.
