Currently, with demanding in the domestic mobile communications market to maintain sustained growth, improving the level in telecommunications regulation, and gradually strengthening competition in the mobile communications market, Qingyang mobile communications companies faces slower market development, as well as great pressures of competition from Qingyang China Unicom and Qingyang Telecom multiple. Although Qingyang mobile communications company responds to the competition actively, the impact was still competitive, such as seriously loss of old customers, new market share to decline. Facing new opportunities and challenges, Qingyang mobile communications company how to maintain dominance in the mobile communications market and how to respond to the new market environment is a topic worthy of study.
