No matter incomes, employees or marketing amount, chain-store operations has become component element among retails industry. As a country’s foundation, retails have relationship with ordinary peoples’life, whatever take it from government or business’respect, it is meaningful to keep retails develop smoothly.Theories about traditional field and traditional terminal franchise chain became mature——much material can be study and research, but the competition became more and more fierce, trade company are trying to find new market、terminals more close to consumer’s to sale their product. In the same time, consumers want to adopt more efficient and practical way to consume. Xi’an CaiXun company, the object of this study, is a company which trying to find out this kind of terminal to practice their chain-store operations.This article from the chain operation theory to explain, first, a more detailed explanation of the franchise chain theory meaning, content, characteristics, and the chain management of some commonly used theory of knowledge. For our better understanding and analysis of the target feature provides a theoretical basis.Secondly, we empirically analyzes Xi’an CaiXun Trading Company’s management present situation, from train of thought put forward, on CaiXun Trading Company straight camp chain-like from the beginning of operation to finally face a whole process, analyzes each link of the operation problems. Combined with the theory of knowledge, capital, promotion, management and other aspects are analysed, on the basis of the analysis the results of contrast theory of knowledge.Finally, in the positive analysis and normative analysis based on research for CaiXun Trading Company raised the issue of editor’s suggestions and solutions, from the chain mode is selected, channel incentives changes, human resources, management, were revised and supplemented, developed joined investment approach and chain management approach, and for the results obtained do initial expectation.Taking Xi’an CaiXun’s franchise as the main line, analyzed the new situation, franchise to new fields, new products, new macroscopical economy environment, the franchise chain theory of flexible application, traditional channels of enterprises in the retail revolution under the background according to its own characteristics to choosd suitable methods of change, nr has entered the chain industry enterprises with their own conditions, to timely adjust their chain business model(in order to seek profit the biggest change. As the market management of government departments, how to guide enterprises engaged in related industries operating in the people’s livelihood, in the promotion of economic development collaagues to improve people’s quality of life and consuMer convenience.
