Under The Background Of Low Carbon Economy Strategic Emerging Industries Policy Research

In recent years, in order to deal with climate change, domestic and foreign proposed "a low carbon economy" concept. Low carbon economy in the structure of energy consumption decrease non-renewable fossil energy consumption, increase renewable clean energy consumption, to reduce carbon emissions. Therefore, in November2010, our country government introduced to cultivate and develop strategic new industry seven decisions, and also pointed established some strategic new industry development policy. And these strategies emerging industry development policy is to make these strategic emerging industry policy industry in low carbon track healthy development, it is this paper studies.This paper mainly studies the strategic new industry policy to a low carbon economy development role. First to existing strategic emerging industry policy classification and description. Focus from energy conservation and environmental protection industry policy and new energy industrial policy, summarized the researches of research. Then, in the theoretical research, this article through strategic emerging industry policy of comparative analysis demonstrated, reduce carbon emissions to, solving the employment and drive the other aspects of the industry development role, to analyze China’s policy of the pros and cons.
