With the arrival of the experience economy, it has practical significance to improve thequality of3D Websites from the view of the user experience.This paper argues that it is necessary to assess the3D Websites quality from theperspective of the user experience, therefore we derive the research question: how to establish3D Websites quality evaluation model based on user experience, including the following twoquestions:(1) to explore the influence factors of the user experience about3D Websites;(2) toestablish the3D Websites evaluation model which combines quantitative analysis andqualitative analysis.In this paper, we use the grounded theory, user interview and questionnaire and so on, toconstruct the user experience influence factors model of3D Websites. The model shows thatusers form the user experience, according to the previous experience before using the product,the3D Websites quality experience while using the product, and the treatment of usersuggestions after using the product. Then we use the method of case study to prove andamend the user experience influence factors about3D Websites, and construct the evaluationindexes of3D Websites quality:(1) emotional quality: creativity, sociability, story andentertainment;(2) aesthetic quality: sensory impact, interface design and artistic appeal;(3)function quality: usability, easy of use, navigation and education;(4) information quality:depth and breadth, relevance and objective;(5) technology quality: immersion, interactivityand imagination.This paper calculates the weights of all evaluation indexes by using analytic hierarchyprocess (AHP), and constructs the3D Websites quality evaluation model, and applies themodel to evaluate the10exhibition halls of world expo online with SERVQUAL model’s idea—the difference between anticipation and percipience.All in all, this paper, by using grounded theory and analytic hierarchy process (AHP),constructs the3D Websites quality evaluation model based on user experience. The objective is to improve the3D Websites’ user experience, and cause more "sticky".
