With the diversified development of e-commerce model,the rapid rise of Internet finance,the change of people's life concepts and the government's support for “Internet+”,the market scale and user scale of O2 O takeaway have achieved rapid growth.Because capital and market gradually return to rationality in recent years,O2 O takeaway has entered a period of stable development,and the task at this stage is to find user pain points and improve user experience.This study was conducted by users of O2 O takeaway websites in Beijing.On the one hand,it used the merchant information data obtained by web crawlers to get a preliminary understanding of the current status of O2 O takeaway websites in Beijing;on the other hand,it used online review data to build LDA theme models to refine the preliminary index system for the user experience of O2 O takeaway websites.Then we combine with relevant literature to improve the index system,so we obtain a complete index system.After that,we design the questionnaire and establish a structural equation model with the questionnaire data.The study finds that firstly food quality,merchant services and distribution services are in need of improvement,and site quality and payment services don't need to make big changes.The specific conclusions are that the distribution of sales volume of merchants is unbalanced;food safety is worrying and food temperature cannot be guaranteed;Too many business information is questioned;users are not satisfied with delivery speed and delivery accuracy.Suggestions are made for the conclusions,data analysis help sales increase;triple supervision ensures food safety;packaging and distribution keep food temperature suitable;businesses from multiple perspectives improve the quality of information;we can use a technological advantage to achieve intelligent distribution and economies of scale and so on.The multi-angle and allround recommendations help the platform design and experience upgrade to achieve the healthy and orderly development of O2 O takeaway websites.
