Internationalization of Emerging Industries of Strategic Importance is an inevitabletrend，and the Chinese government try a great effort to proposed the Internationalization ofEmerging Industries of Strategic. In the Sep.2011,the Ministry of Commerce of people’sRepublic of China united ten Ministries and Commissions public “guidance on the promotionof strategic and emerging industries internationalization”, the guidance Proposed a package ofpolicies to promote further development of strategic emerging industries. Guangzhou asChina’s major cities, promote the Emerging Industries of Strategic Importance.Internationalization is both national development strategies, and also the inherent demand forindustrial transformation and upgrading. This article studies Internationalization of emergingindustries for Guangzhou in following aspects.First, we analyze the international market environment for strategic emerging industrieson Technology and Market perspective, focus on below industry-software, networking, thenew display, bio-engineering technology and LED.Second, we study the key challenge and obstacle for emerging Industries on below areas:exports, international cooperation, and technical condition.Third, we selects23indicators, use the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) tomeasure the international level of stratigic Emerging Industries,and provide a detail analysisbase on the measurement result.In the end, we provide a recommendation for Guan Zhou to set up emerging industriesincubator, make breakthrough in industry core technology and support proper enterprises toestablish oversea marketing network.
