| The international financial crisis has exposed the global problem of irrational industrial structure. In the post-crisis era, in order to seek new approaches for economic growth, the various regions of China have formulated strategic decisions of the development of strategic emerging industries with local characteristics. As the less developed region, Jilin Province has to develop strategic emerging industries on the basis of immature traditional industries, so the benign interaction between the two types of industries become inevitable.This paper is divided into six chapters. Chapter Ⅰ serves as an introduction; Chapter Ⅱ is the discrimination of related concepts and the summary of basis theories; Chapter Ⅲ describes the coupling mechanism of strategic emerging industries and traditional industries; Chapter Ⅳ analyzes the general situation of strategic emerging industries’ development in Jilin Province, and then analyzes necessities and feasibilities of the coupling development of strategic emerging industries and traditional industries in Jilin Province; Chapter Ⅴ carries out the empirical analysis of representative industries in Jilin Province utilizing the coupling’s evaluation model; Chapter VI makes suggestions for the development of strategic emerging industries in Jilin Province in the industrial coupling’ perspective. |
