With the rapid development of network and power grid assets the rapid expansion of thescale, the traditional asset management under the way of life is short, the use efficiency ofequipment low highlights and require power grid enterprise must change management idea,the innovation management way, as a whole deal with security, efficiency and the relationshipbetween cycle cost, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of assets.
