Shouldensure rational planning, engineering quality, power system stability, stableequipment on the basis of grid assets to carry out life-cycle management, to increasethe useful life of the asset, the pressure drop capital investment within the asset lifecycle, Jilin Province grid assets reliability and economy fully optimized, to avoidone-sided pursuit due to reduced reliability and cost pressures increase.Life Cycle Asset Management with focus on the asset life cycle of the wholeprocess of pipe control should be to determine a unified asset management goals andtheory, change the previous points and conquer the fragmented management mode,start from the beginning of the life cycle of an asset, to co-ordinate grid planning,equipment procurement, construction, installation, production run, the retirement ofall aspects.
