| From1992American international assurance company opened in Shanghai in nearly20years, insurance marketing system plays a very important role to promote thedevelopment of China’s insurance industry, and insurance agents has promoted insurancebusiness greatly. However, because of insurance agent system in China starting late,faultiness of Chinese life insurance industry and market development, imperfect ofcorresponding legal laws and regulations and many other factors, Many life insurancecompanies appear a series of management problems,which directly or indirectly causelife insurance agents’ high losing rate, high cost of business management and poorindustry poor image. And these problems have serious impact on the life insurancecompany’s sustainable development and even affect the healthy development of the lifeinsurance industry.In this paper, the author who has long management experience in life insuranceindustry, to GDPI company as an example, First, review the life insurance agent systemthrough the literature and theoretical research, which lay a theoretical foundation;Second, according to personal work experience and the company sale member "basiclaw(2009edition)",expounds the present management situation of the company; Again,through the questionnaire survey to the life insurance agents, including all aspects of thesatisfaction degree for investigation, and the agents’ performance is relate to theirsatisfaction, so in order to improve the satisfaction degree of the agents, and finally helpimprove the agents working performance and overall performance, that diagnose lifeinsurance agent of the management problems and find out the reason is crucial; Finally,point out two big aspects of the countermeasures： establish the new agent managementsystem, strengthen internal management and GDPI company control, also give severaldevelopment suggestions for life insurance market. Any solution of problems is notachieved quickly, especially management problems of the life insurance agents are morecomplex, the concrete operation need to take step by step.After all, I hope this research to improve the company’s state of operation andmaintain the stability of the agent team, even be helpful to life insurance industry and the other life insurance companies. |
