With the rapid socio-economic development and people's consumption concept of continuous change, logistics and the lives of each of us more and more closely linked. After being delivered by the customer to the logistics company, the goods will be transported directly to the transshipment center and then transported to other transshipment centers after a series of operations such as loading and unloading. The goods will be delivered to the recipient by the local business department . In the operation of the entire logistics system, the operation of the transit center is a very important part of its operational efficiency of the level of the entire logistics system have an important impact.In this paper, the handling and transportation system of the DP Logistics Center is taken as the research object. Through the field investigation and study, the whole operation of cargo docking, sorting unloading, forklift transportation, cargo storage and loading and dispatching are analyzed in detail. The scheduling model of forklift transportation resource allocation based on the minimum daily operating cost of the forklift truck is set up. By collecting and collating the data, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal solution.Configuration. According to the most important link of forklift transportation in transit center operation flow, the simulation model of Flexsim is established. By simulating running simulation system of key physical parameters, the working status of each entity under different conditions is analyzed, and the efficiency of process operation is evaluated.Configuration is reasonable.Through the simulation of the operational process simulation, it can provide reference suggestions for the optimization of the transit center process of DP and other similar enterprises and the allocation of forklift transportation resources, reduce the operation cost and improve the system efficiency.
