The Research On Brand Strategy Of Agricultural Products In Hainan Province

The agricultural technology extension system played an important role in the development of agricultural economy.It was an important carrier for developing agricultural seienee and technology,and it was also a bridge and link which converts the scientific and technological aehievements into productive forces.Currently, the economic development of China has entered a new era when traditional agriculture has transformed into modern agriculture and the development of agriculture has come into a period of seeking bebefits.China has joined WTO, its agriculuture must not only adjust to the exchanges in domestic market but also be in line with international market, which makrs the system of agriculture technology popularizing in force, face stern challenges.Its forms of organnization,structures, personnel and methods are all unable to adapt to the new situation of the development of current agriculture.Therefore,the original system of agriculture technology popularizing in China must be reformed.This paper addressed the suggestions for the construction and reformation of the primary level agricultural technology extension system in Hainan province based on the analysis of literatures and classic cases.The methods of classification,summary, comparison and positive study were used.The development and characteristics of domestic and external primary level agricultural technology extension system were compared.The agricultural technology extension system of the world is trending to multi-organization,more participant and co-payment of the cost.In our country,a diverse and huge agricultural technology extension system has been established.The principal part of this system is government funded professional agricultural technology extension units.Agricultural research and education institutes,agriculture related enterprises and farmer cooperation organization had joined in this system.From the point of establishing institution,the paper analyzed the status of Hainai agricultural technology extension system,and found that The agricultural technology extension system is rather weak in Hainan province,the investment for agricultural technology extension is not sufficient.There are too much non-professional technicians in this system,and some of them had not learned the updated knowledge.Also,the primary level agricultural technology extension system is irrational.Considering the difference of agricultural technology extension system between the external and domestic,it is very necessary to reform our own system. Based on the combing of the development course,present situation,achievement and problems of Hainan agricultural technology extension system, The suggestions for the construction and reformation of the primary level agricultural technology extension system in Hainan province were brought forward.The reformation must be implemented,the structure must be improved,the construction must be speeded up and the function must be upgraded for the agricultural technology extension system in Hainan province.the financial investment must be increased,on-the-job education popularization personnel system must be established based on the farmers’requirements and the technology resources.
