The Measure Research Of Agricultural Science And Technology Development Level Of Hunan Province

The key to developing modern agriculture and improving the level of rural economic development is the application of modern agricultural science and technology.The rational allocation of agricultural science and technology resources and the sustainable development of agriculture depend on the development of agricultural science and technology.Therefore,the development of agricultural science and technology is conducive to the improvement of the overall benefit of agriculture.At present,Hunan province is in the important period of agricultural reform,and it is undergoing the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Transformation inevitably in the process of experiencing some problems,such as optimizing the industrial structure of agriculture and improving agricultural productivity and increasing farmers' income,realize agricultural modernization,etc.,one of the biggest problems is the food security problem,the existence of these problems is to develop modern agriculture must solve the problem,and how to successfully transition,the key depends on the development of agricultural science and technology.In this paper,from theoretical and empirical analysis on the basis of analyzing measure level of agricultural science and technology development in Hunan province,and put forward further promote the development of agricultural science and technology of Hunan province science and technology level,to promote rural economic and social coordinated development,improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacity,to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has important significance.This paper discusses the domestic and foreign research status of agricultural science and technology development level,focusing on the research methods and index system of agricultural science and technology development level.And the agricultural science and technology theory,system rating theory,agricultural science and technology induction theory and other agricultural science and technology related theories.On the basis of the relevant theoretical research,this paper analyzes the development status quo of agricultural economic and agriculture science and technology of Hunan province,and from the main body of agricultural science and technology for development,talent structure,management mechanism,fund input,policies and regulations and other aspects the problems existing in the agricultural science and technology development in Hunan province.The main part of the article is the empirical study,the method of factor analysis is used to measure the development level of agricultural science and technology in Hunan province.Finally,this paper puts forward some Suggestions to improve the agricultural science and technology in Hunan province by combining the present situation of agricultural science and technology development in Hunan province,the existing problems and the results of the empirical analysis.For example,we should strengthen the construction of agricultural science and technology equipment,promote green and efficient agricultural technology services,strengthen the construction of agricultural science and technology personnel,and increase the investment in agricultural science and technology,and improve the management system.
