Study On The Operation Mechanism Of Regional Tourism Public Service Standardi Zation

With the rapid development of the Regional tourism in China, thereis a trend that the tourism becomes increasingly popular, casual andnormal. The demand of tourism public services for the people whoconsider the Regional as the main tourism destination is constantlyimproving. However, there are some problems about the tourism publicservice in China, such as shortage of the supply, unreasonable structureand distribution, which seriously has prohibited the process of tourismdevelopment. This paper uses standard system theory, the new publicservice theory, administrative region economic theory, on the basicanalysis of tourism public service, to analyze the operation of theregional tourism public service standardization.This paper is to understand the content, development power,participative subjectand and the operational mode of the regionaltourism public service standardization, also,it aims to provide theoreticalvalue and practical guidance through the case of the Yangtze RiverDelta.The paper consists of six chapters:Chapter I mainly elaborates the background, significance and themethod of the paper, etc. Chapter II summarizes the domestic and theforeign studies of the tourism public service and the basic theories onthe basis of the definition of the regional tourism public service and thestandardization. Chapter III analyses the influence factors of theregional tourism public service, to construct the system with the basicelements, supporting elements and supportability elements. Chapter IVanalyses the dynamical system, operation subject and system structureof the regional tourism public service standardization, and introducefour operation models: the government leading mode, market-orientedmode, social groups leading mode, multiple leading mode; Chapter Vfrom the current situation of regional tourism public service, analyses the development and experience of the standardization; Chapter VI fromthe three aspects: system and planning, mechanism and the path,coordination and governance, analyses development innovation ofthe tourism public service standardization of Yangtze River Delta region.
