In this paper I mainly studies the real estate investment decisions based on bayesian decision. In this paper, the meaning of the real estate, it introduces the characteristics of real estate investment after some content, this paper analyzes the risk factors, real estate decision to a more detailed describes the real estate investment decision-making model, bayesian decision-making models, the bayesian decision theory applied to real estate investment decision, establishes the real estate investment bayesian decision model. The model combining history data and through the market surveys of new information, future of the investment projects of market conditions have a more accurate judgment, and can therefore obviously decrease the real estate investment decision-making level of risk.
