Research On Design And Evaluation Of Ecological Development Mode For Regional Circular Economy

Since the1990s, with the increasing seriousness of resources and environmentalproblems, international society have recognized and made consensus that we mustchange the traditional mode of economic development and establish a new mode ofeconomic development to achieve the sustainable development of economy andenvironment. It is just in this demand that the recycling economy emerged as a way tosolve the problems.With the application of cycling economy in the region, regionalcircular economy is gradually becoming a new and sustainable development mode ofregional economy. It plays a great role to promote and facilitate the development ofthe whole area. It can correct the defects in the pattern of traditional regionaldevelopment, drive the backward area to develop quickly and eventually achieve theharmony between man and nature.This thesis is guided by the concept of circular economy. Taking the intention ofresolving the scarce natural resources and environmental pollution problems as astarting point, breaking the contradiction of regional development and resourcesenvironment as the main line.The reason why the article presented the thesis ofconstructing regional ecological development mode is to make the consumption ofresources and environmental cost as small as possible, to obtain the biggest benefitfrom the development of region economy, to achieve the unit of environmental、economic and social benefits, and to realize the objective of sustainable development.This thesis first describes the background and significance of the topics, andreviews the related theory and research trends on circular economy andeco-development at home and abroad. Then the paper provides an overview of thecircular economy theory, in-depth ananlysis of the ecological situation of the trianglearea and influencing factors on regional ecological development model. According tothe characteristics and differences of regional development, the general economic andecological development model of regional circulation economy is designed, theevaluation index system based on regional ecological development model of circulareconomy is constructed and the related problems about selection of evaluation methodand construction of evaluation model are explored. Finally, combined with thepractice of circular economy development in Wuhan City Qingshan District, theecological development model under the guidance of circular economy in QingshanDistrict is designed, the ecological development of circular economy in QingshanDistrict is evaluated, at the same time, some specific policy suggestions are putforward in this paper.
