Research On The Development Mode Of Agricultural Circular Economy Based On Eco-efficiency In JinLin

Agricultural circular economy research is the research of sustainabledevelopment and the core content of relevant government decision-making, isindispensable in the process of world economic development a link, is a country torealize the economic, social and environmental coordinated development path. Jilinprovince is one of the important commodity grain production base in China.Agriculture as a pillar industry of jilin province has an important contribution toeconomic growth. However, due to the traditional agricultural production for a longtime in the excessive use of fertilizers and pesticides, agricultural machinery, mainlyto oil fuel, widely used, as well as rural unreasonable discharge of poultry and animalfeces and so on, causes the agriculture water soil biological air three-dimensionalcross contamination in the system, the ecological environment deteriorating, naturaldisasters occurred frequently, also seriously affected the sustainable development ofagriculture in the future in jilin province. In view of this, one-sided pursuit of outputand economic benefits, ignore the coordinated development of economy, society andnature in the traditional agricultural production mode must be transformed, to developthe agricultural circular economy and build a resource-conserving andenvironmentally friendly mode of circular economy development, in order to realizethe sustainable development of agriculture.In this paper, a total of six chapters, divided into four most. The first part is thefirst chapter, namely the introduction part. Mainly introduces the jilin provinceagriculture circulation economy development of the research background, purposeand significance, and established in this paper, the research ideas and methods andresearch content. Literature review mainly introduced the related results ofagricultural circular economy both at home and abroad and their evaluation. The second part is the second chapter, mainly with the introduction of the related conceptsand basic theory. The third part is mainly in two aspects research, consists of chapter3and chapter4. The third chapter in jilin province agriculture basic situation, on thebasis of an overview of the main from the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities,challenges four aspects in detail the strategic situation of agricultural circulareconomy. The fourth chapter is the ecological efficiency of the existing researchresults for reference, the ecological efficiency into the efficiency of resource andenvironment efficiency, ecological efficiency through measurement evaluation modelof circular economy development model, using the relevant statistical data of jilinprovince between2000and2013, reflecting the jilin province agricultural economyand the relationship between resources and environment, so as to determine thetrajectory of agricultural circular economy development model. The fourth part is themain conclusions and countermeasures research, is the last two chapters of this article.The fifth chapter based on the research on the development countermeasures andSuggestions to speed up the agricultural circular economy. The sixth chapter is themain research conclusion, the full text and proposed the further research ofagricultural circular economy.Research found that:(1) the overall development trend of jilin provinceagricultural economy and resource environment is rising, the energy consumption andeconomic development is synchronous growth the tendency, in addition to theagricultural output, energy consumption, pesticide residues has been a substantialgrowth, other sources of energy, resources are fluctuations in growth.(2) the resourcesand environment in jilin province agriculture circulation economy developmentefficiency is increased, but in general the environmental efficiency is greater than theresources efficiency, the ecological efficiency of growth from large to small is: wasteemissions> agricultural resources efficiency wastewater emission efficiency>efficiency of pesticide residues> water> rural utilization efficiency> chemicalfertilizer> resource efficiency in energy efficiency.(3) the agricultural economy ofjilin province is China’s traditional economic development route, namely Aâ†'Bâ†'D mode, the development of agricultural economy its majority is in A traditional development mode, needs the government to improve the efficiency of environment,to realize the agricultural circular economy.
